Refund and Returns Policy

Effective: September 2026. Font files are digital products delivered instantly on purchase. Because of this, all sales are final once a font has been downloaded — we cannot offer refunds for change of mind after delivery. We will issue a refund if: – You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment), or – The download link failed and we were unable to deliver your font after being contacted for support. To request a refund under either condition, email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase, including your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
